Russia does not need help from Europe and America, to fight against terrorists, but just wants them that, themselves and their Arabic dictator colonies and Turkey to stop helping terrorists.
For three important reasons, the West does not want the terrorists are defeated, by Russia:
1. America, in cooperation with Israel, France, Britain, Turkey and Arab dictator colonies, made terrorist groups for long-term interests, and don’t want lose them.
( Of course, by their security organizations. )
2. It will show that the war of the West against terrorists, in recent years, was a lie.
3. Russia’s war against terrorists is real and effective.
